Convenient location near bus route. Clean towels and daily beverage tray top-up. Friendly staff helped with early check-in and storing luggage. Broken lock issue resolved promptly with complimentary drinks. Helpful and friendly staff throughout stay.

This hotel is great value for money, with affordable prices for spacious rooms that come with all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, situated on a lovely quiet street but close enough to bus stops for easy travel into the city centre or to Sefton Park. The staff are attentive and friendly, ensuring that all your needs are taken care of. Plus, the rooms are equipped with large fans to keep you cool during warmer weather.
All in all, everything was just fine – no complaints here!

Classy accommodation, exceptional staff, PERFECT location near to bus stations. They made my stay nice. In my guest room there was an extremely comfy bed that I appreciated. Local fast food option Broasters chicken was 10 minutes walk away.
Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

the hotel was big size, with informative staff and reasonably priced location close to town centre. the room was well-kept and i thoroughly enjoyed its nice decor.
